In 2006 I started to practice yoga on a regular basis. Since 2013 I hold a 200 hours certificate by AYA. I provide personal trainings 1:1 with therapeutical aspects focusing on the individual needs and goals as well as mixed group lessons for all levels. All classes include elements of Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama and other meditation practices.
